Plots are for sale
The plots in Rock Resort are located on sunny slopes among old pine trees and rocks. The plots, with beautiful nature and golf views, will accommodate around 150 apartments. The plots are already for sale and the first apartments will be sold in the near future. Some of the plots are for single-family houses and some are for corporate housing. At Rock Resort you can either buy a plot of land and build yourself or have a detached house built on it, or buy a ready-made apartment.
Plots for detached houses range in size from 700 to 2900 m². In the case of condominiums, finished apartments will be available as well, ranging in size from 60 m², with larger apartments of around 200 m².
Block 68 apartments are in pre-marketing
Block 68 consists of six detached houses and two different house models. Apartment 1 is 196 m² and apartment 2 is 131 m². The multi-storey nature of the buildings creates spectacular views of the surroundings. The landscapes open up from different directions and different heights.
The positioning of the apartments on the slope, above the golf course, opens up beautiful views of the surroundings. The size of the apartments in Block 68 can be varied between larger and smaller house designs, depending on market demand.
